How do I place an order?

Placing an order couldn't be easier, just browse through the site and make your selection of products by clicking the Add to Basket button. You will see the total number of your purchases and order value in the top right hand corner of the site.

At any point in time you can view your basket by clicking the View Basket button.

After you have selected your items you are nearly ready to go through the Checkout procedure... Before that you must select the correct Delivery Method for your location and value of order:

1. You will need to select either UK, European or Worldwide postage (a list of destinations inside and outside of the european postage zones can be found on our FAQs page)
2. Select the correct level of postal insurance coverage ("Recorded" or "International Signed for Delivery") for your location and value of order (the subtotal before postage)

When you have finished shopping and choosen your Delivery Method just click the Checkout button. You will then be guided through the Checkout procedure.

You will be asked to fill in your details including your name, address, email and contact numbers (in case of any order problems). Please ensure all your delivery details are correct as any inaccuracies in addresses or postal values may delay your delivery.

You will be able to create a user name and password to make future purchases quicker and easier.

Payment Methods

You can choose to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or PayPal.

Please use PayPal if you wish to pay by Amex or Diners cards (as we cannot not accept them through our own payment gateway)

Your card receipt or PayPal payment receipt will be included with our delivery note in your order.

How much is postage & packing?

All items on the site have got their weight and the postage is automatically calculated for you.You must make sure you put the correct option in at the till to correspond to the country you want us to send the goods to. If there is any query regarding the postage you have paid we will contact before sending any of your items.

Please note: We try, wherever possible to recycle our packing materials.

UK Postage & Packing:

Our default settings for the shop will select first class small packet delivery, you can change these options by clicking on the drop down menu on the view cart screen.

Please note: We always recommend orders are sent by Recorded Delivery to cover you for any loss or damage. There are two levels of compensation Under £41 and over £41, please make sure you slect the appropriate cover, over £41 signed for Delivery is now classed as Special Delivery.

Please Note: If you choose not to use the Recorded or Special Delivery option, you do so at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage with uninsured deliveries.

For Northern Ireland select UK Postage & Packing options, for Republic of Ireland please use European International Signed for Delivery options
