How do I place an order?

Placing an order couldn't be easier, just browse through the site and make your selection of products by clicking the Add to Basket button. You will see the total number of your purchases and order value in the top right hand corner of the site.

At any point in time you can view your basket by clicking the View Basket button.

After you have selected your items you are nearly ready to go through the Checkout procedure...

You must select the correct Delivery Method for your location:

You will need to select either UK or Worldwide postage. Please note we no longer deliver into Europe due to customs issues since Brexit, many apologies.
Select for UK either Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery or for International Orders select International Tracked Delivery

When you have finished shopping and chosen your Delivery Method just click the Checkout button. You will then be guided through the Checkout procedure.

You will be asked to fill in your details including your name, address, email and contact numbers (in case of any order problems). Please ensure all your delivery details are correct as any inaccuracies in addresses or postal values may delay your delivery.

UK Customers please make sure you include a phone number in case we need to contact you about your order.

You will be able to create a user name and password to make future purchases quicker and easier.

International Orders Duties & Import Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that we do not take responsibility for payment of any additional duties or taxes you may incur from your country's taxes and imports officials. It is up to you to check whether you are going to be liable for any extra costs for ordering from UK. For more information please contact Customs & Excise in your country, as some goods may be subject to custom controls.

Payment Methods

You can choose to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card through PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal) or via STRIPE or Worldpay Card Processing.

How much is postage & packing?

All items on the site have got their weight and the postage is automatically calculated for you.You must make sure you put the correct option in at the till to correspond to the country you want us to send the goods to. If there is any query regarding the postage you have paid we will contact before sending any of your items.

Please note: We try, wherever possible to recycle our packing materials.

UK Postage & Packing:

Our default settings for the shop will select Tracked 48 delivery, you can change these options by clicking on the drop down menu on the view cart screen.

For Northern Ireland select UK Postage & Packing options

For Worldwide deliveries select International Tracked Delivery
