Terms & Conditions
Methods of Payment: Payments for goods can be made made debit or credit cards (excluding Amex & Diners, these cards need to be used via PayPal) or alternatively you can pay for purchases via PayPal.
UK Postage & Packing: Goods can be ordered with or without postal insurance ("Recorded Delivery" now called "Signed For Delivery" guarantees a signature upon delivery). Special Delivery is generally guaranteed for next working day (apart from weekends).
International Postage & Packing: International Orders will always be sent via "International Signed & Tracked" or via "International Delivery" to ensure they are trackable, delivered and signed for upon receipt.
International Orders Duties & Taxes: If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that we do not take responsibility for payment of any additional duties or taxes you may incur from your country's taxes and imports officials. It is up to you to check whether you are going to be liable for any extra costs for ordering from UK. For more information please contact Customs & Excise in your country, as some goods may be subject to custom controls.
Europe & Northern Ireland Customers Please Note: Sadly, due to Brexit, from 1st July 2021 all orders (to Europe & N. Ireland) may now be subject to extra taxes and duties applied in your country (which you will have to pay upon delivery), these will be issued by your countries customs & borders departments or couriers.
Guarantee/Returns Policy: All items for sale come with a full manufacturers warranty. If a product develops a fault, or it is received damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the situation. You can call us on 01202 267684 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The majority of our products* come with a "7 Day No Quibble Guarantee*", where you may return a product for a refund (less any carriage/postage charges) if you decide it is not suitable, providing it is returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. In this situation, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product to us. If items are returned and not in a resalable condition it will be at our discretion whether it can be refund in part or whole. As we cannot be responsible for damage caused in transit, we strongly recommend that you use an insured delivery service for returns (Recorded Delivery now called Signed for Delivery).
1) to have the item resent to you at additional postage charge or
2) have a refund for the item (but not the original postage).
