Tony Stockwell - Into the World of Dreams: A Children's Meditation (CD)

Created by renowned medium Tony Stockwell (dedicated to his children Marnie & Finn) "Into the World of Dreams" has been created to help young children to meditate and learn how to use visualisation for the purpose of creating a wonderful way of taking control of their inner world.

The focus of this meditation is to help children to drift off to sleep whilst using their imaginations and creative thought processes to enter a space of calm and safety.

Learning at such a young age that the mind is a beautiful thing and that children are able to influence their own reality, focusing on the positives and working through life's more complex situations is a valuable life skill.
